PYN Blueprint prepares student-athletes across Northeast Georgia for life beyond sports — equipping them for college, skilled trades, the military, entrepreneurship, or the workforce. We currently partner with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Lanier and Center Point at Gainesville High School. For the 2026–2027 calendar, we are transitioning to a year-round development model: two 12-week Future-Ready Cohorts (Fall and Spring) and two community Mega-Camps (Spring and Summer), reaching hundreds of local youths.

*Single Student $250 Full access for 1 Title 1 student, one full cohort

What We Teach: Curriculum Breakdown

Program sequence: Curriculum is delivered across five progressive phases — Know Yourself, Manage Yourself, Manage Your Life, Build Your Future, and Lead & Apply — so participants build toward leadership and real-world application over the course of each 12-week cohort.

Every 90-minute PYN session pairs 45 minutes of athletic development (“THE WORK”) with 45 minutes of classroom-based instruction (“THE BUILD”). THE BUILD is organized into five learning tracks, so prospective partners can see exactly what subjects’ student-athletes are developing in alongside their athletic training.

TRACK 1 — MONEY & FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE

▪ Budgeting and spending plans, tracking spending with apps or spreadsheets

▪ Checking, savings, and high-yield savings accounts; direct deposit and online banking

▪ Short- and long-term financial goals and emergency funds

▪ Credit scores, responsible credit building, types of debt, and repayment strategies

▪ Inflation, compound interest, basic investing, CDs, Roth IRA basics, and taxes

TRACK 2 — INDEPENDENT LIVING

▪ Rental agreements, leases, tenant rights and responsibilities

▪ Budgeting for rent, utilities, deposits, and household expenses

▪ Basic home maintenance, tool use, and setting up/transferring utilities

▪ Car insurance, vehicle maintenance, breakdown preparation, and public transportation

▪ Navigating healthcare, insurance terms, appointments, first aid, nutrition, and meal planning

TRACK 3 — CAREER & PROFESSIONAL READINESS

▪ Identifying interests and transferable skills; understanding different work environments

▪ Job-search strategies, online job boards, company research, and networking

▪ Resume and cover-letter development; tailoring applications and highlighting experience

▪ Interview preparation and follow-up; professional communication by email, phone, and in person

▪ Punctuality, reliability, work ethic, teamwork, conflict resolution, and professional growth

TRACK 4 — PRACTICAL LIFE SKILLS, SAFETY & PROBLEM-SOLVING

▪ Grocery shopping on a budget, reading nutrition labels, and basic cooking/food safety

▪ Advocacy skills and knowing how to ask for help

▪ Situational awareness, personal safety, online safety, and personal boundaries

▪ Basic self-defense concepts such as safe breakaway awareness

▪ Identifying and breaking down problems; brainstorming options and making informed decisions

TRACK 5 — THE STUDENT-ATHLETE BLUEPRINT

▪ Identity beyond sports and developing a personal sense of purpose

▪ Academic eligibility, classroom accountability, and study habits

▪ Coachability, respect, leadership, teamwork, and personal accountability
